I began my career at HEICO Aerospace Corp as a Senior System Analyst over 20 years ago. My primary role was integrating newly acquired companies into HEICO’s business processes and systems. This involved transitioning them from their existing ERP systems, developing custom program solutions tailored to their business processes, and providing comprehensive training on the new system.

After HEICO, I joined a global ERP software company where I traveled internationally to train and implement ERP systems for various aerospace organizations. I also worked at AerSale, where I played a key role in building the infrastructure for the teardown of hundreds of engines and aircraft, ensuring the accurate capture of data from operations in Roswell, NM, into their system.

Later, I founded Inceptum Components, where we developed hundreds of add-on applications designed to work with leading ERP systems in the aerospace industry.
